General Directorate of Physical Education and Sports, National Olympic Committee of
Afghanistan and all federations, including the National Football Federation, Taekwondo,
Fencing and other federations celebrated the National Flag Day in the proximity areas of
Ghazi Stadium, offices of federations and seventy-two districts of Kabul. Meanwhile, the
Afghan government marked July 29 as National Flag Day on the occasion of the 100th
anniversary of Afghanistan’s Independence.
