The Afghanistan Olympic sport awards 2020 and the Olympic office inauguration ceremony was held today in Kabul. The purpose of the sport awards 2020 was to present the Olympic honorary medal to Afghan investors and appreciate their efforts for the investment made in the private sector of sport.
The ceremony were participated by Dr. Hafizullah Wali Rahimi, the President of General Directorate of Physical Education and Sport Department and elected president of National Olympic Committee of Afghanistan, H.E Ajmal Ghani, the senior advisor to president of Islamic republic of Afghanistan and member of Olympic Council of Asia, Mrs. Robina Jalali, member of parliament and elected president of national athletic federation, honorable guests from the Presidential palace, the honorable ambassadors of Republic Japan, Indonesia and South Korea, the President of national federations and Afghan investors.
On the sideline of the program, the Honorary medal of Nakamura was presented to Honorable ambassador of Republic Japan by Afghanistan National Olympic Committee to pay tribute to Dr, Tatsu Nakamura’s service in Afghanistan.
